Our Technology

The Service is an agent-based operating system designed to orchestrate specialized software agents on behalf of your company. These agents connect to the tools you already use—such as CRMs, ticketing systems, and internal databases—to execute end-to-end business processes automatically. All processing occurs within your organization’s secure environment or within dedicated, logically isolated infrastructure managed by GIC. We only process customer data to perform the tasks you direct and to maintain or improve core functionality. We do not use customer data to train AI models, create marketing profiles, or for any purpose that is unrelated to delivering the Service that you request.
